Amol Tripathi

Co-Founder & CEO

Amol developed, managed, and acquired over $1B of real estate assets in his capacity as a Managing Director at Hines Interests, one of the largest private real estate investment, development, and management firms globally. 

Prior to Hines, Amol played a key role in a landmark economic development initiative for NYC’s Bloomberg administration that sparked the idea for Cornell Tech, a 2M square foot graduate student engineering campus on Roosevelt Island that is on track to generate over $33B in economic impact (48,000+ jobs, 1,000 spin-off companies) over the next three decades.

Amol holds an AB in Economics with honors from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Shawn Zargham

Co-Founder & CTO

Shawn is a serial tech entrepreneur with deep expertise in big data, AI, and analytics. He holds multiple US patents in domains including predictive behavioral analytics, user-definable document exchange, and network route optimization.

He co-founded Syntasa, a low-code/no-code behavioral data and AI/ML platform, and Telarix, a leading global provider of telecom software products and SaaS solutions. Telarix was acquired by private equity firm Brown Brothers Harriman and subsequently sold to Vista Equity Partners in 2016.

Shawn holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Greg Russ

Advisor

Greg is a renowned leader in public housing transformation. He is most known for applying technical program knowledge to innovative initiatives.

He started in central Pennsylvania in 1973, worked for HUD in DC, and held key roles in housing authorities in Chicago, Philadelphia, Cambridge, MA (CEO), and Minneapolis (CEO). Through early 2023, he served as CEO and Chair of the NYC Housing Authority, overseeing a $4 billion budget and 11,000 employees. He led the creation of the groundbreaking Public Housing Preservation Trust.

In previous roles, he revitalized housing programs, pioneered the Stable Homes Stable Schools initiative, and became the first housing authority leader to use RAD to recapitalize portfolios with an emphasis on energy efficiency.
